DEKRA Taiwan Participates in Charity Soccer Tournament Organized by German Trade Office to Support Disabled Children's Rights and Advocacy Association in Taiwan

DEKRA Taiwan participated in the charity soccer tournament organized by the German Trade Office on April 28th to support the Disabled Children's Rights and Advocacy Association in Taiwan. A total of 16 German companies took part in this event, showcasing team spirit and raised an impressive amount for a good cause. The theme of this friendly match was " PLAY FOR THOSE WHO CAN'T" and donated 1,500 NTD to the Disabled Children’s Rights and Advocacy Association in Taiwan for every goal scored: 430,500 NTD in total for 287 goals! The donation will be used for the construction of more inclusive playgrounds, benefiting a greater number of children with disabilities.

The Disabled Children's Rights and Advocacy Association in Taiwan is a nonprofit organization dedicated to upholding the basic human rights of children with disabilities. They focus on rehabilitation and educational programs for disabled children and oversee the implementation of their fundamental rights by the government.
The DEKRA Taiwan football team, composed of members from DEKRA Taiwan, DEKRA iST, and Onward Security, joined forces to participate in the tournament. Prior to the event, the team conducted warm-up matches and special training sessions to enhance team spirit and improve coordination. In total, they scored 11 goals and made charitable donations to support the Disabled Children's Rights and Advocacy Association. The donated funds will be used to support rehabilitation and educational projects for children with disabilities, helping them realize their self-worth. DEKRA has always embraced the principle of social responsibility, and this charity soccer tournament is one of their contributions to social welfare.
Mr. Aaron Lee, Managing Director of DEKRA Taiwan, expressed his delight in participating in such fun and healthy exercise, which not only enhance the communication between German business companies, but also cultivate the tacit understanding and team spirit of the team participants. More importantly, it helps the fundraising to support the Disabled Children's Rights and Advocacy Association in Taiwan, benefiting their various initiatives.
