Argentina ENACOM Publishes Resolution 928/2025
Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENACOM) in Argentina published Resolución No. 928/2025 on June 16, 2025. This Resolution incorporates the use of the 414-415 MHz and 424-425 MHz frequency bands for private use radioelectric link concentration system (SRCEP).
Brazil ANATEL Prevents Sale of Unapproved Telecommunications Products
The Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (ANATEL) in Brazil shared a press release on June 23, 2025, announcing that ANATEL had suspended the sale of over R$1.06 million worth of unapproved telecommunications products, including 3D printers with wireless cards. ANATEL reminded consumers that all wireless devices must be approved prior to being sold in Brazil.

Indonesia DJID Updates DoC Format
Direktorat Jenderal Infrastruktur Digital (DJID) of Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital (Komdigi) in Indonesia published a press release on July 15, 2025, announcing changes to the format of DoCs to the Technical Standards for Telecommunications Tools and Devices. The goal of the format change is to improve efficiency of the certificate evaluation processes.
Starting August 1, 2025, all certificate applications must use the new DoC format. All applications submitted after August 31, 2025 without the new format will be rejected.

Thailand NBTC Changes RF Test Report Requirements for WWAN Products
The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) of Thailand announced that, effective July 7, 2025, products supporting LTE bands 4G (32, 75, 76) and 5G NR (n32, n75, n76) must submit RF test reports in order to obtain NBTC Class B certification.
Requirements:
1. For new applications, NBTC requires submission of corresponding band test reports.
2. For applications already submitted but not yet certified, NBTC requires additional submission of corresponding band test reports.
3. For certificates that have already been issued, NBTC does not require any action.
Accepted RF Test Report Standards for the New Bands:
4G Bands 32, 75, 76: ETSI TS 136101 or TS 36.521-1
5G NR Bands n32, n75, n76: ETSI TS 138101-1 V18.9.0 or later
