Gate4SPICE Brings Over 40 Automotive Industry Leaders Together in Taiwan
Oct 13, 2023DEKRA Taiwan recently hosted the inaugural Gate4SPICE event and workshop in Taipei. The full-day event brought together over 40 quality managers, executives, process experts and ASPICE® assessors from leading automotive companies to discuss best practices and knowledge sharing around the ASPICE® framework.
The event featured insightful presentations from experts at Delta Electronics, LITE-ON Technology and VicOne on their experiences with ASPICE® implementation. Key topics included How to integrate ASPICE®, Cybersecurity and Functional safety into your process architecture, Enabling ASPICE® for Cybersecurity by VMS, and ASPICE® deployments experience sharing.
In the afternoon, participants engaged in an interactive ASPICE® workshop facilitated by DEKRA principal consultant for ASPICE®, Functional Safety & Cybersecurity, Mr. Ganesh Kumar. The hands-on activities allowed attendees to gain practical knowledge and exchange ideas on optimizing processes to meet ASPICE® assessment requirements.
Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive. Many commented on the high caliber of speakers and the ability to connect with industry peers facing similar ASPICE® challenges. The success of this inaugural Gate4SPICE Taiwan event paves the way for more collaboration and knowledge sharing focused on automotive quality and process excellence in the region.
